Cyber.Fund, an investment platform for blockchain assets, has announced the launch of first Russian-language social network –Voice, based on blockchain technology that will be an analogue of Steemit international network.

According to the official release by Bitcoin Conference Russia, the project will focus on the Russian-speaking population and Cyber.Fund has invited developers and delegates to participate in the launch of the first Russian decentralized social network.

“Cyber.Fund team has created the first version of the decentralized social network, that could allow authors (e.g. bloggers and journalists) to publish their materials without fear of being censored or banned, getting the access to a wide range of audience,” the release stated.

Based on the public blockchain, Voice users include content creators, miners and readers. These users will be awarded tokens called ‘Power of the Voice’ and the cost of its exchange will be determined in the open market. The company has decided to distribute 60% of the tokens during crowdsale that will start on October 15, this year in order to ensure uniform distribution. Another 3% of the tokens is reserved for the first month of operation.

Registrations for the conference are open and users can buy the tickets from the conference website.
