RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C., Oct. 10, 2017 -- JAGGAER, producers of the world’s most comprehensive Source to Pay (S2P) solutions suite, today announced that Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C) is now live on Total Contract Manager (TCM).
Ohio’s largest public community college, Tri-C serves more than 55,000 students each year across 190+ certificate and degree programs. The massive organization and long-time JAGGAER client recently transitioned to TCM for its automated, single platform design to store and manage all of the college’s procurement items and to track spend on contracts.
“Our goal is to bring all of Tri-C’s spend under contract, which is currently at 70-75 percent. During the short period we’ve been live with TCM, we’ve already been able to track down non-contract spend and push items under contract,” said Stephen Hilbert, Executive Director of Supplier Managed Services, Cuyahoga Community College. “We selected TCM for its ability to collaborate with our other JAGGAER solutions – Accounts Payable Director, Sourcing Director, and Spend Director – and the seamless user experience from having all of our data synchronized.”
“The successful migration to TCM for an organization as large as Tri-C is a testament to JAGGAER’s diligent implementation team and our commitment to meeting customers’ specific workflow and functionality needs,” said Robert Bonavito, CEO, JAGGAER. “We look forward to continuing our relationship with Tri-C and to further supporting their procurement objectives.”
