Cher, the most recognizable American singer, is allegedly dying as she was afflicted with a rare disease that is also not curable. The 74-year-old is said to be bedridden already, and she was described as “scarily” ill.
In an article that appeared in Globe titled “Sick Cher Knocking On Heaven’s Door,” it was alleged that the singer is having trouble with her breathing. She is also said to be unable to stand and has been on her bed most of the time, suggesting she is also bedridden now.
No chance of survival?
The magazine claimed to have spoken with sources who have firsthand knowledge of Cher’s condition. These are allegedly the singer’s friends, and they think she is really getting closer to “death’s door.”
It was further said that concerns for Cher’s health started when she twitter that she feels really sick. Thus, even if she wants to, she can’t attend and join the others in the protest for George Floyd’s death.
“Cher wouldn’t have missed the marches unless she absolutely couldn’t get up,” the so-called insider told Globe. “Everyone is convinced she is on her deathbed.”
The report mentioned the Epstein-Barr virus and suggested that Cher has been suffering from it since the 80s. The illness allegedly made the singer depressed for months, especially because the disease is badly affecting her heart and kidneys.
Furthermore, Globe also quoted an expert who said that the life span of people with such illness is not that long plus, they have to suffer throughout their lives. “People who suffer from chronic fatigue can keep that disease for the rest of their lives,” the outlet supposedly quoted the expert. “Cher may not be much time longer.”

Gossip Cop finds the report ridiculous since there are no other media outlets that are reporting about Cher’s alleged grave health condition. The publication wrote that this is a false story, and the singer’s spokesperson also immediately denied the reports. It added that while it is true that she has been diagnosed with Epstein-Barr, she is managing her health really well, so she is healthy up to now.
