Carrie Underwood attended the CMA Fest in Nashville this weekend and viewers attested that the American singer brought the house down with her surprise performance with the rock singer Joan Jett of the Jett and the Blackhearts. The duo presented a series of the said rockband’s hits including “I Love Rock & Roll,” “Bad Reputation,” “I Hate Myself for Loving You,” Crimson and Clover” and “Fresh Start” as per iHeart Radio.
Underwood also wowed the audience with her trimmed figure. This got attention because as everyone already knows, the 36-year-old singer just gave birth to her second son Jacob Bryan Fisher earlier this year. She surely gained weight during her pregnancy but she is already back to wearing those sexy stage costumes.
Needless to say, she already regained her pre-pregnancy figure in just a short time and fans were also commenting about her long legs. During her number with Joan Jett, Carrie Underwood wore an all-black leather ensemble with gold trimming highlights. Her one-piece outfit really highlighted her figure and long legs and the audience can’t ignore it.
In any case, after performing with Jett at the CMA Fest, Underwood wrote about the experience on her social media. She posted a photo of herself and Joan Jett and wrote that the performance was a dream come true for her.
"Dreams come true at #CMAFest! This was mine," Carrie Underwood wrote on Instagram. "Just to be in the same room as @joanjett is really cool and to share the stage with her is indescribable! She truly is a legend and is probably the coolest person I have ever met. I was so proud to show her how amazing our CMA Fest crowd is! What a night!"
Underwood made a name for herself after winning in the “American Idol” competition in 2005. Over the years, she shifted her tune from pop to country music but fans still love whatever kind of music she offers.
Meanwhile, People mentioned that Carrie Underwood and Joan Jett already collaborated once for a new version of the rocker’s “I Hate Myself for Loving You.” The song was meant to be an opening theme for Sunday Night Football on NBC.
