Burger King and My Hero Academia Team Up for Exclusive France Menu Featuring Deku and Bakugo Burgers
Burger King is joining the anime craze with a collaboration featuring My Hero Academia.
Over a decade after its debut, My Hero Academia has cemented its heroes as iconic figures worldwide. Kohei Horikoshi’s characters have conquered television, movies, and video games, from the powerful All Might to the determined Deku. Now, they are venturing into a new realm with the help of Burger King.
In an exclusive collaboration with France, My Hero Academia has partnered with Burger King to introduce a special menu inspired by two of the anime’s most beloved characters, Deku and Bakugo. From September 17, fans can savor a Deku Burger or a Bakugo Burger, with a vegetarian option for those with dietary preferences. This unique collaboration is a treat for French fans, with no plans for a global release.
The collaboration’s timing coincides with My Hero Academia's remarkable success in France, where the manga has sold over 10 million copies, making it one of the country’s top-selling manga series. With France being a significant market for manga outside of Japan, the partnership between Burger King and My Hero Academia is a source of pride for fans. This collaboration follows a special My Hero Academia exhibition near the Eiffel Tower, celebrating the manga’s immense popularity.
Burger King Joins My Hero Academia Craze as Season Seven Reaches Climactic Final Battles
Burger King’s partnership with My Hero Academia arrives as the anime reaches a pivotal point in season seven, which features Deku's final battle against All For One. Fans are on edge with the season set to wrap up before October, eagerly awaiting the final episodes where Class 1-A's heroes face off against powerful villains like Shigaraki, Toga, and Toya.
