The Chocho arc of the “Boruto” anime is finally finished, which should come as a huge relief for fans of the show. While it did come with entertaining moments, it was just a filler, in the end. Fans of the franchise will also love episode 70 as it promises the return of the legendary Might Guy. Speaking of fans, it seems that some of them have concluded that Boruto’s Vanishing Rasengan is an S-rank jutsu, which is astounding on many levels. [Spoilers Ahead]
As Otaku Art notes, Metal Lee, the son of Rock Lee has not exactly been given enough screen time on the “Boruto” anime. This is a shame since, as the son of one of “Naruto’s” most inspiring characters, fans expect a lot from Metal. In Episode 70, there will be a scene wherein father and son will be training. Even more interesting is the fact that Might Guy will be making an appearance, as well.
Based on the preview clip of the “Boruto” episode, though, it would seem that Guy is now in a wheelchair. This is hardly surprising to anyone who knows the extent of his injuries near the end of “Naruto.”
In any case, it is still encouraging to see that the legendary taijutsu user has retained his trademark positivity. Hopefully, this also means that Metal will see a lot more screen time in “Boruto” as he trains to unlock the ultimate technique, the Eight Inner Gates. Fans can look forward to this when episode 70 airs on Aug. 23.
Speaking of ultimate techniques, it’s no secret that Boruto’s Vanishing Rasengan is impressive. However, “Boruto” fans over at Reddit note that it’s even more astonishing than most realized. This stems from the fact that none of the ninjas present could also track it, despite there being 3 Rinnegan users and 2 Byakugan users. This makes the technique an S-rank jutsu and a Genin made it.
