As a spin-off of one of the most inspiring anime properties to have ever existed, many things from “Naruto” were carried over to “Boruto” in excellent fashion. Episode 70 is a great example of this, where Might Guy was introduced in the new series to spectacular effect. He even showed off his new Flamingo Style Taijutsu. In related news, a new trailer for “Naruto to Baruto: Shinobi Striker” just came out.
If there is one word to describe Might Guy’s whole outlook in life, it would be “Perseverance.” The legendary ninja has always fought his way forward through life in a positive fashion no matter the obstacles. He showed off this never-ending level of persistence in “Boruto” Episode 70 by explaining to Metal Lee the importance of self-acceptance, Comicbook.com reports.
To show the young ninja that the loss of his leg has not slowed him down, Guy even demonstrated a new form of Taijutsu to Metal and his friends. He did so by standing on one leg like a Flamingo and showing off some truly astonishing acrobatic skills. The result is a “Boruto” scene that fans will likely never forget.
“Boruto” Episode 70 had many lessons to important to viewers, one of which is how accepting personal flaws and working with them can help people become better versions of themselves. This is not unique to the property, but it’s always encouraging to see pop culture enforcing positive emotional images.
Fans of “Boruto” might also appreciate the latest trailer for the “Naruto to Baruto: Shinobi Striker” video game. The clip featured Co-op mode and what players can expect from the game. For those who are new to this title, it’s an online game based on the “Naruto” and “Boruto” properties. It’s set during the Chuunin exams of the new series and features both English and Japanese dubbing.
