"Blue Bloods" season 10 renewal is being anticipated now that the ninth installment is nearing its conclusion. While there is no announcement yet if the show has been canceled or renewed, lead star Tom Select (Frank Reagan), shared details that left some clues with regards to the police procedural drama’s future.
In November last year, CBS 58 visited the veteran actor on the set of “Blue Bloods” season 9 filming in New York and they sat down for a brief interview. Aside from Tom Selleck, few other cast members like Will Estes (Jaime Reagan), Sami Gayle (Nicky Reagan-Boyle) and Vanessa Ray (Eddie Janko) were also interviewed and described their lead star Tom Selleck as someone who is very talented and guides them on the set.
At any rate, Tom Select mainly discussed how all the cast members have gotten together to film the Thanksgiving dinner scene. He said that it was actually the first and only shot where every one of them is present so it was also a sort of reunion for everyone and they even took the chance to catch up with one another.
The host also asked the actor about “Blue Bloods” season 10 renewal - Will the show return for another run? Tom Select revealed there is still no order from CBS plus not one of the cast members has renewed their contracts yet for the series. However, he hinted that everyone is willing to be in the tenth installment again if it will be renewed.
Tom Select assures fans that he will definitely be in “Blue Bloods” season 10 because he loves doing the show. He admitted that he enjoys filming it as Frank Reagan and it would be nice f the series will keep going.
Meanwhile, while there are some who already left the drama, its main characters are highly likely to return for “Blue Bloods” season 10 and they are Danny (Donnie Wahlberg), Jamie (Will Estes), Erin (Bridget Moynahan), Vanessa Ray, Baez (Marisa Ramirez), Garrett (Gregory Jbara) and Baker (Abigail Hawk). With the show’s very high ratings, there is n doubt that CBS will sign a new contract for the show to continue and return before the year ends or early 2020.
