Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani once starred together as panelists in “The Voice” and apparently, it was there when they developed special feelings for each other. They became a couple and while the former is still on the show, his lady love has been replaced already.
With this said, Hollywood Life reported that Blake Shelton is missing Gwen Stefani. The country singer allegedly said that “The Voice” is simply not the same without Gwen so he is wishing that she would be back as a fellow coach.
“Blake loves working on The Voice and loves working with the other coaches each season, but it’s safe to say that he misses having Gwen on the show,” the insider supposedly told the publication. “He feels that the show is extra special when she’s involved.”
It can be recalled that Blake Shelton has been on the show since the beginning and Gwen Stefani joined in only in 2014. Since then, she appeared in the seventh until the twelfth season.
While Blake Shelton constantly expressed that he misses Gwen Stefani, he can’t do anything about bringing her back, so the show must still carry on. The tipsters further revealed, “If Blake had his way, he would like to see Gwen return to The Voice very soon. He’s looking forward to her inevitable return and knows that it would be really fun like the first time around.”
In any case, since he cannot work with her on “The Voice” at least for now, Blake Shelton just brought Gwen Stefani to his home in Oklahoma, for a vacation, since he misses her so much. Country Living reported that the couple spent the ‘sweetest’ family time in Blake’s country home and Gwen documented their happy time by posting snaps of their getaway on her social media.
