“Arrow” season 7 and its upcoming “Elseworlds” crossover has fans in a bind, with the show's cast and crew excitedly sharing spoilers for the upcoming installment.
Recently, Oliver Queen actor Stephen Amell posted on Twitter again about his “Elseworlds” crossover costume for “Arrow” season 7. In true professional fan teaser fashion, Amell did not include pictures of the new costume in his social media post.
Finally got fitted for my crossover outfit. Never could’ve imagined...

The “Arrow” season 7 actor has been teasing fans about the upcoming crossover ever since he posted a selfie last month, which looked like the actor was in the process of being made a mold for his upcoming costume.

With it being a reference to DC Comics' publications that fall outside of the usual DC canon universe, fans can probably expect the “Arrow” season 7 crossover episodes to feature an alternate timeline. Stephen Amell being fitted for a crossover costume may point to the possible spoiler that the original Oliver Queen has yet to escape prison by then and Amell will be playing an alternate timeline version of his character.
Fans excited about “Arrow” season 7's “Elseworlds” crossover can look forward to The Flash (Grant Gustin) and Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) joining forces with Green Arrow. In addition, fans can expect Superman (Tyler Hoechlin) and Batwoman (Ruby Rose) to feature during the crossover, and the upcoming story arc will also feature the debut of Lois Lane (Elizabeth Tulloch). Unfortunately, the cast of Arrowverse's “Legends of Tomorrow” will not be joining The CW's solo-featured heroes in the upcoming crossover.
Fans looking forward to how Oliver Queen deals with life in prison as another vigilante takes up his name on the streets can catch “Arrow” season 7 and its premiere episode when it airs on Oct. 15. Fans who are more interested in the upcoming crossover episodes can catch it when it airs from Dec. 9 to 11.
