Another vote for no change is likely from BoE's minutes

The set of minutes may well have been written long before the date of publication. The MPC meeting this month was a dry-run of the new process of a three-day meeting (Thursday, Monday, Wednesday) followed by the preparation of the minutes to be released simultaneously with the policy announcement the next day, Thursday.

There is a small chance that the style of the minutes might have been adjusted slightly to make that schedule more feasible, i.e., making them a little shorter.

According to Societe Generale, a unanimous vote for unchanged policy is anticipated, with Weale and McCafferty yet again seeing the decision as finely balanced, a view they have held since the beginning of the year after reversing their December 2014 votes for a 25bp rate increase.
