Angelina Jolie reportedly outraged over Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston PDA at the SAG Awards

Angelina Jolie is reportedly very furious after the public display of affection of Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston at the recently concluded Screen Actors Guild Awards. The “Maleficent” actress was said to be fuming mad after seeing the photos of her ex-husband and “Friends” actress getting cozy again.

Globe magazine reported that the photographs of Brad and Jen really outraged Angelina. It can be recalled that the former “golden couple” got reunited when they bumped into each other at the backstage of the Screen Actors Guild Awards that was held the past weekend.

How Brad and Jen met backstage

Hollywood Life reported that the reunion happened, and it was Brad who called his ex-wife first. It was said that Jen ignored him at first and almost didn’t meet, but they eventually greeted each other.

“Brad was there first backstage finishing photos and saw Jen in the corner of his eye when she came to the back,” the source told HL. “He repeatedly called for her to come over and kept saying, ‘Aniston, Aniston.’ She heard him but didn’t respond and almost went to the other room to avoid the meetup.”

When he finally got her attention, the former husband and wife embraced each other and briefly exchanged pleasantries. It was added that in the photo that showed Brad gently pulling her back and holding her wrist, the actor did it to say congratulations.

“The whole moment that lasted about a half a minute or a minute was spearheaded all by Brad, he was the person who wanted it to happen,” the source revealed. “They both left with a smile and it was a really nice moment.”

Angelina’s reaction

Angelina Jolie got really mad because of how Brad Pitt behaved around Jennifer Aniston at the event. “Angie can’t help believing he’s doing it deliberately to yank her chain,” an insider alleged. “He had to have known she’d be watching the show and what her reaction would be!”

But then again, Gossip Cop stated that this claim does not make sense because first of all, Brad couldn’t have made plans to meet his ex backstage. It was a televised event, and dozens of photographers are present to capture everything going on there.

With that said, there is no logic in the claim that the actor was flaunting his friendship with Jen just to antagonize Angelina. Lastly, GC contacted Jolie’s rep and was told that the report is absolutely false.
