Angelina Jolie is involved in a new rumor that stated she is planning to move to the U.K. Once her divorce case with Brad Pitt is finally finished, she and her kids are flying to London and live there for good.
Moving to another country for a new environment with her children
The actress is said to have chosen the region as she wants to start afresh in the same place where she once enjoyed with her ex-husband. Last weekend the UK’s Mirror reported that Angelina Jolie has decided to live in Richmond located in the southwestern part of London.
“She believes it’s a perfect environment for the kids, from a cultural standpoint and educationally,” the source supposedly told the outlet. “I enjoy being out of my element and I want the children to grow up in the world, not just learning about it but living it, having friends around the world.”
The tipster further alleged that Angelina Jolie has been looking at properties in the Richmond area. She is also considering the logistics to see if this is a good place for them once the lockdown is over.
Brad Pitt’s ex-wife added that she loves the idea of living abroad because it is also beneficial for her kids anyway. As for choosing the location, the publication claimed that Angelina Jolie only had good memories of Brad Pitt there. They supposedly spent a lot of loved up moments when they lived there for a short time in 2011.
The truth
It was learned that this report from Mirror is not true. This was confirmed when Gossip Cop contacted a source close to Angelina Jolie and immediately dismissed the claim.
The fact-checking site further explained that this rumor was probably lifted from one of Angelina Jolie’s interviews with Harper’s Bazaar. It appeared that she wants to move to London after her words were deliberately twisted to bring this “news.”
Meanwhile, Angelina Jolie and her children are still in their L.A. home and there is indication that they are leaving their mansion. Brad Pitt has been spotted there for a couple of times as well and that was because he visits his children. At the moment, the former couple’s divorce case is still ongoing.
