Adidas collaborated with Vice Golf to introduce a limited-edition footwear model, the Stan Smith x Vice Golf, with colorways that it expects to “speak to golfers everywhere”.
Inspired by Vice golf balls’ unmistakable colorways, this version of our Stan Smith Golf provides an eye-catching design to the Adidas signature model.
According to Adidas, the Stan Smith x Vice Golf footwear is built from the same tooling of its Stan Smith Golf shoe that was introduced early last year.
The Stan Smith x Vice Golf also features its adiwear rubber spikeless outsole with traction, which reinforced the shoe in the medial and lateral sides to provide additional stability throughout the golf swing.
Adidas dubs this classic design as “one of the most versatile shoes” in its range.
The difference with this model is the playful and bold style to match the colorways of their distinctive high-performance golf balls.
Masun Denison, Adidas global footwear director, described the Stan Smith Golf silhouette as the perfect canvas to play with color.
The Stan Smith x Vice Golf footwear will come in three colorways: solar red, signal green, and white tint, with the Adidas 3-Stripes and Vice Golf logo appearing on the medial side of the left and right shoes, respectively.
Embossed on the heel is Vice Golf’s company mantra, ‘embrace your vice,’ while the Stan Smit signature endorsement patch is featured on the tongue. The material for the upper is also made with recycled materials while still offering a one-year waterproof warranty.
The limited-edition Stan Smith x Vice Golf will be available on adidas.com, the Adidas app, vicegolf.com, and at select retailers beginning March 25.
