‘2 Broke Girls’ season 6’s episode 9, entitled "And the About FaceTime," will feature Randy setting up a date for Caroline on FaceTime.
The synopsis for episode 9 posted on MSN reads, “When Randy (Ed Quinn) and Max (Kat Dennings) get tired of Caroline (Beth Behrs) being the third wheel on their FaceTime dates, Randy sets her up with one of his co-workers. Also, Oleg (Jonathan Kite) is distraught when Sophie tells him to trade in his beloved car for a minivan.”
Quinn’s Randy became a recurring character in season 5 and debuted on the episode entitled “And the Lost Baggage.” The celebrity lawyer first met Max at a hotel restaurant while the girls are in Hollywood discussing a movie adaptation of Caroline’s life. At first Randy and Max’s relationship was purely intimate but it developed into something more.
Although Randy had feelings for Max, he quickly broke up with her through a therapist before she returned to New York knowing that long-distance relationships don’t work. However, he followed her to the city and they resume their relationship.
Caroline disliked Randy following his break up with her friend but she eventually forgave him when he and Max got back together. It seems that Randy will play the matchmaker between Caroline and his co-worker.
The promotional photographs for “And the About FaceTime” posted on Spoiler TV shows Caroline getting cozy with a new guy. She is all dolled up as she has dinner on the couch with her date. However, Caroline is not alone as Max and the rest of the gang are also there.
Meanwhile, Oleg will have to make tough decisions after Sophie makes him trade his car in exchange for a minivan. Perhaps he will have to give in considering a minivan would suit their little family more.
According to Daily News and Analysis, Kite admitted that his favorite ‘Broke Girl’ on the series was his very own on-screen wife Sophie. He also teased that their baby will play a significant part in season 6.
‘2 Broke Girls’ season 6’s episode 9, entitled "And the About FaceTime," is scheduled to air on CBS on December 5, 2016. It was directed by Steve Zuckerman and written by Rachel Palmer and David Shecter. It will be followed by episode 10, entitled "And the Himmicane," scheduled for December 12.
