Michel DAMIAN est professeur émérite à l’Université Grenoble Alpes (Laboratoire EDDEN, PACTE, CNRS), où il enseignait notamment l’économie du développement soutenable et des changements climatiques. Il a été directeur du département Gestion de l’environnement à l’Université de la francophonie Senghor d’Alexandrie. Il est éditeur, avec Jean-Christophe Graz, de Commerce international et développement soutenable (Economica, 2001). Il a co-édité le n° spécial de la revue Natures Sciences Sociétés, Vol. 23, 2015 sur « Les enjeux de la conférence de Paris. Penser autrement la question climatique » (avec Catherine Aubertin, Michel Magny, Claude Millier, Jacques Theys et Sébastien Treyer). Il vient de publier (Octobre 2015) Les chemins infinis de la décarbonisation, Neuf questions clés pour la COP21, Préface de Jean-Marie Chevalier, Editions Campus Ouvert, Distribution L’Harmattan, 133 p.
