I am an Associate Professorial Research Fellow at the Grantham Institute on Climate Change and the Environment, London School of Economics. I am also a Research Economist at LSE's Centre for Economic Performance and a Research Associate at CERNA, Mines ParisTech.
I hold a PhD from Ecole des Mines de Paris, France. I was previously a Post Doctoral Researcher at the Grantham Research Institute.
My research interests include climate change policy and innovation, and the international diffusion of low-carbon technologies.
