Buenos Aires to host Latin American bitcoin and blockchain conference in November

Latin American bitcoin and blockchain conference – laBITconf will be held from November 4-5, 2016 in Buenos Aires, Argentina that will see more than 60 blockchain and cryptocurrency experts who will educate attendees on current innovative emerging technologies.

According to reports by Bitcoin.com, the fourth annual laBITconf will discuss on most topical issues within the industry including blockchain in global banking, regulatory policy, and the impact of cryptocurrency solutions within society, among others.

“The conference aims to explore the endless opportunities that lie within digital currency and its integral component, blockchain. Year on year we see hundreds of visitors congregate at our show from every corner of the globe to gain an insight into the exciting and innovative developments being made and the opportunities in Latin America,” Diego Gutierrez Zaldivar, CEO, and Co-Founder at RSK Labs and co-founder of ONG Bitcoin Argentina said in an announcement as reported by Bitcoin.com.

The conference will witness speakers and presenters who are experts in the blockchain and digital currency industry including Erik Voorhees, founder of ShapeShift.io; Sergio D. Lerner, RSK Labs founder, and bitcoin security consultant; Diego Gutierrez Zaldivar, founder of Rootstock; Stephen Pair, CEO of Bitpay; Martin Hagelstrom, IBM-Hyperledger, among others.

Potential conference topics will include types of the blockchain technology, legal challenges after smart contracts, blockchain alternatives for business, among others. The conference tickets are open and are priced according to categories like the regular ticket, VIP access, exclusive box etc. The conference will also have a hackathon where the entry is free.
