Ranked No. 84 in RISMedia’s Top 1000 Power Brokers, Zephyr is competing nationally against brokerages with far more agents and offices. In 2017, sales volume for Zephyr was an impressive $2,295,280,267 with 1,840 transactions.
"The firms represented are the nation's most elite brokerage firms serving literally millions of consumers with their real estate needs," RISMedia’s President and CEO John Featherston said. "Even up against extremely scarce supply, Power Brokers posted remarkable sales. With the economy expanding and home prices on a tear, they're charging forward and leveraging the opportunities. We applaud their commitment to homeownership and congratulate them on their Power Broker standing."
RISMedia was founded in 1980 by Featherston as the industry’s definitive source for news and information and is celebrating its 30th anniversary of the survey. The survey is conducted within precise parameters and is available in its entirety on their website.
RealTrends has also just released their 2017 Top 500 Broker national rankings. Again, Zephyr competes with much larger brokerages but holds a powerful No. 87 position nationwide. Zephyr’s volume sales earned them a spot on the coveted Billionaires Club. Rankings may be viewed on the Real Trends website.
RealTrends is a privately-held publishing, consulting and communications company based in Colorado, established in 1987. It is a trusted source for timely analysis and consulting services to the residential real estate industry with a wide range of advisory services.
“As an independent and local firm, these rankings are very exciting,” commented Randall Kostick, Zephyr’s President and CEO. “I’ve said it before and it bears repeating, our amazing group of people can accomplish just about anything together.”
