Irvine, California , Jan. 11, 2018 -- Vinotemp®, the recognized leader in architectural wine storage solutions and cooling technology, today announced that its new Private Reserve Series Wine Coolers have been recognized as one of Meredith Corporation’s Beautiful Kitchens & Baths 30 Most Innovative Products for 2018. As the first series of wine coolers to feature a variety of patent pending features – including Backlit® interior lighting and stainless-steel gliding wine racks that cradle bottles so the labels of the wine stored are front facing – the Private Reserve Series was selected by editors for its ability to combine smart function, seamless style, and cutting-edge technology.

“It’s an absolute honor to be recognized among the 30 Most Innovative Products of 2018,” states India Hynes, CEO of Vinotemp. “We designed the Private Reserve Series to help consumers and designers alike elevate the look and the presentation of wine collections, all while focusing on engineering to provide a proper wine storage environment. And it’s wonderful to see our efforts rewarded.”
Launched at the 2018 Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS), the first two wine coolers offered in the Private Reserve Series are the Private Reserve Series 188-Bottle Wine Cooler and the Private Reserve Series 168-Bottle Wine Cooler. In addition to industry-first, unique wine racking the coolers also offer:
- Backlit® interior lighting. Each cooler is equipped with three different LED options – Soft White, Amber and Vinotemp BioBlu™ – which can be custom selected at any given time.
- Innovative engineering. A vibration-damping design better protects the coolers’ contents and the coolers are engineered for both low energy consumption and low noise.
- Easy installation. Front vented and designed for built-in or freestanding installation, the new coolers make it simple to add proper storage for up to 15 cases of wine to nearly any kitchen design.
- Customizable temperature control. An adjustable 23-degree temperature range (41-64°F) allows users to select a proper, customized storage climate and serving temperature for light or dark wines.
The 30 Most Innovative Products for 2018 will be featured in the spring issue of Beautiful Kitchens & Baths magazine and in the May/June issue of Traditional Home magazine.
