The bolt-on acquisition provides new, strategic technology to develop next generation composites to solve a myriad of challenging applications in industries such as marine, hydro, and aerospace, expanding into the global marketplace.

The company is located in Niskayuna, New York. Sales amounted to approximately of $7.8 million (approx. SEK 65 M) in 2016. The transaction was consolidated on December 1, 2017.
