Key Elements of the Restaurant Floorplan:
- The restaurant encompasses 2,466 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor waterfront space
- Outdoor seating includes two newly constructed gazebos, one for dining and one for the lounge
- There will be inside and outside seating for approximately 80 diners
- The outdoor lounge will seat approximately 25 guests
