SOUTH WINDSOR, Conn., April 27, 2017 -- Today, TicketNetwork, a leading online ticket exchange for live events and innovative technology solutions provider, released the TicketNetwork® Mobile POS. This native mobile app will allow ticket brokers to access their TicketNetwork® Point-of-Sale on both IOS and Android devices, as well as via a forthcoming web portal.
The TicketNetwork® Mobile POS will allow brokers unfettered access to their TicketNetwork® Point-of-Sale accounts on their mobile devices, allowing them to bring their business out of their offices. The new mobile app has much of the functionality of the standard TicketNetwork® Point-of-Sale. On the app, brokers will be able to purchase tickets via TicketNetwork’s Mercury program, create orders and invoices, broadcast/unbroadcast tickets, manage on hand status, and much more.
The mobile app gives brokers complete access to their inventory on their mobile devices.
Integration with the TicketNetwork® Mobile POS is seamless. Brokers will enter their TicketNetwork Broker ID number and the system will automatically connect to their TicketNetwork® Point-of-Sale account, with no migration of inventory necessary.
“We are very excited to unveil the TicketNetwork Mobile POS,” said Don Vaccaro, CEO of TicketNetwork. “The team has done a great job building an app that will serve brokers well. Now brokers will be able to manage their TicketNetwork inventory more conveniently from their IOS and Android devices. They’ll be able to sell more tickets, increase their inventory, and assist their customers more quickly. They’ll even be able to resend eTickets right from the app!”
Pricing for the TicketNetwork® Mobile POS starts at $50 a month. Interested ticket brokers should visit the website or contact a TicketNetwork sales representative at [email protected]. The app can be downloaded from the iTunes store and the Android Play Store, where it can be found under “TicketNetwork Mobile POS”.
