The last thing that should happen to you is getting in the wrong side of the laws of the land.

Dubai has its own regulations which perhaps are strictly more than anywhere else in the world. That means if you are from the western world where there are no restrictions on the dressing codes, you need to do some modifications for the time you’re on your tour. What you may think is good in your homeland may be tot

ally abusive and offensive to the UAE culture. Nevertheless, that should not give you some headache; you just have to abide by the basic regulations of the land to have a great time on your private tour.

Here are the things you should never do in your Private Tour of Dubai; otherwise, you may not like the aftermath:

That means your international visa will be confiscated from you. Only possess drugs that have been prescribed by the doctor, don’t do OTC else you might bring a hot trouble to yourself.

  • Don’t drive while drunk

You will be charged with the criminal offense if you are even slightly drunk and driving. Your private tour should not turn into a prison tour. Remember also, no tailgating, speeding, racing, lane jumping, jaywalking or using your phone while driving. Just use a cab or the efficient metro in the city on your private tour.

Even if you don’t like the Muslim culture, you just have to adapt for the short time you’re there.

As long as you’re in your private tour in Dubai, you have to dress appropriately. Don’t wear transparent clothing or a cloth that’s exposing any part of your body. Any clothing that’s revealing hand muscles and legs are inappropriate.

  • Never dance in the public

This indecent to the Muslim community and you may be punished for being provocative.

  • Don’t crossdress

Most of the residents of Dubai wear traditional dresses that cover them fully hence no body part is exposed. Don’t wear trouser if you are a lady and vice versa, you might be punished. Homosexuality is banned.
