NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa., March 02, 2016 -- The ExOne Company (NASDAQ:XONE) (“ExOne” or “the Company”), a global provider of three-dimensional (“3D”) printing machines and 3D printed and other products, materials and services to industrial customers, announced today that it will release its fourth quarter and full year 2015 financial results after the closing of financial markets on Tuesday, March 15, 2016.
The Company will host a conference call and webcast to review the financial and operating results for the quarter, along with its corporate strategies and outlook. A question-and-answer session will follow.

The Company had originally scheduled the 2016 Annual Meeting to occur on Wednesday, May 11, 2016 as reported in the Company's 2015 proxy statement. The record date for the 2016 Annual Meeting is March 29, 2016. Only stockholders of record at the close of business on that date are entitled to receive notice of, to attend and to vote at the Annual Meeting and any postponements or adjournments thereof.
