(NASDAQ:SPKE), a Delaware corporation (“Spark”), announced today that it has changed the date of its Full Year and Fourth Quarter 2015 conference call to Thursday, March 24 at 10:00 AM Central (11:00 AM Eastern), from the previously scheduled March 29 date. Spark is in a position to file its Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2015 earlier than previously anticipated.
