Dallas, TX, Dec. 13, 2017 -- Somerset Association Management, an Associa company, hires Kent Davis as their new portfolio community manager.
Mr. Davis has more than 20 years of property management experience including expertise in managing manufactured homes, student housing and conventional luxury apartments. As the new portfolio community manager, Mr. Davis will work directly with the communities and board members to supervise vendor management, dues collections, property tours and inspections, and facilitate budgets as well as resident communications.
