AUSTIN, Texas, Feb. 06, 2017 -- Sizmek, the leading open ad management company for multiscreen campaigns, announced today that Sizmek’s Neil Nguyen will be leaving the company and Dr. Mark Grether has been appointed as Executive Chairman by Sizmek’s Board of Directors. Dr. Grether will work with Neil Nguyen during a transition period as well as spearhead execution of Sizmek’s strategy and growth as the premier independent adtech company.
As the co-founder and global Chief Operating Officer of WPP’s Xaxis, the largest programmatic media company in the world, Dr. Grether comes to Sizmek with a wealth of agency experience, having worked with the largest brands across a variety of industry verticals, including automotive, retail and CPG. Prior to Xaxis, Dr. Grether was the Global Development Director of GroupM, the world’s largest media investment group.
