SAN FRANCISCO, March 01, 2018 -- Silicon Legal Strategy today announced that Jared Mayberry has joined the firm as an associate in its San Francisco office. Jared is the second associate to join the team since January of this year.
Jared specializes in the representation of emerging growth and development stage companies, venture capital funds and angel investors in a variety of matters including entity formation, private equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and general corporate governance counseling. Prior to joining Silicon Legal, Jared was an associate at Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian, LLP where he advised startups and venture capital funds.
Jared received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley and his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Missouri, Columbia.
