Kripapuri will lead the organization’s large services team, develop retention and growth strategies for customers and partners and, most importantly, deliver the “client-first” service that is required in today’s complex marketing landscape. Kripapuri joins a highly experienced executive team during a critical company transformation, which includes the recent release of the world’s most advanced marketing cloud platform.

As Chief Customer Officer, Kripapuri will be responsible for project and solutions services, partner services, relationship management and technical support. Before joining Selligent Marketing Cloud, Kripapuri was Vice President, Solutions & Services at Dimension Data US, where he led a large and diverse group of services organizations including consulting, professional and support services. Kripapuri served at Dimension Data in various leadership roles across business transformation, integrations and services for the past 15 years. Previously, Kripapuri was Consulting Manager at Bearing Point, and served as a principal consultant at leading technology firms including VistaIT, Cisco, and Geotel.
