‘Riverdale’ Season 1, Episode 11 Spoilers: "Chapter Eleven: To Riverdale and Back Again" – Betty Learns Veronica, Archie Helped Alice All Along; Jughead Rebuilds Relationship with Father

‘Riverdale’ season 1’s episode 11, titled "Chapter Eleven: To Riverdale and Back Again," will follow Betty as she is left shocked at the discovery that Veronica and Archie have been helping Alice all along. She will struggle with overseeing the upcoming Homecoming and Reunion weekend as well as the continuing investigation over Jason’s murder. Meanwhile, Jughead will be spending some time with his father as he seeks to rebuild their damaged relationship.

The lengthy synopsis for "Chapter Eleven: To Riverdale and Back Again” posted on TV Guide reads, “Despite Betty (Lili Reinhart) being overwhelmed with overseeing Homecoming and Reunion weekend, Alice (Madchen Amick) wants her to help with the Jason Blossom (Trevor Stines) investigation. And Betty is not happy to learn that Veronica (Camila Mendes) and Archie (KJ Apa) are helping Alice.

Meanwhile, Jughead (Cole Sprouse) considers giving his father another chance after seeing him try to clean up his act; Polly (Tiera Skovbye) and Cheryl (Madelaine Petsch) both decide to go to Homecoming in Jason's honor; and Fred (Luke Perry) and Mary (Molly Ringwald) attend the Homecoming dance, leaving him to possibly reconsider the divorce.”

The upcoming episode will follow Betty as she begins to doubt her relationships while she struggles with juggling the Homecoming and Reunion weekend, which she has been organizing. Alice will offer her assistance in the continuing investigation of Jason’s murder, which prompts her to turn to her friends Veronica and Archie. However, she will be shocked to discover that Veronica and Archie have been helping Alice the entire time.

Meanwhile, Jughead will make attempts to rebuild his own relationship with his father, FP (Skeet Ulrich). He will decide to give him another chance when he sees him struggling to clean up his act and rising above his past misdeeds. A promotional photograph for the new episode posted on Wet Paint shows Jughead spending some quality time with FP to make up.

Cheryl and Polly, on the other hand, will decide to attend the Homecoming in honor of Jason but a new revelation will threaten to break all their plans. Meanwhile, Fred and Mary will attend the Homecoming dance as well, which prompts Fred to reconsider their divorce proceedings.

‘Riverdale’ season 1’s episode 11, titled "Chapter Eleven: To Riverdale and Back Again," is scheduled to be released on The CW on April 27, 2017. It was directed by Kevin Sullivan and written by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa. It will be followed by episode 12, titled "Chapter Twelve: Anatomy of a Murder," scheduled to be released on May 4 and directed by Rob Seidenglanz.
