BOSTON, Dec. 21, 2017 -- Risk Strategies Company, a privately held, rapidly growing national insurance brokerage and risk management firm, today announced the acquisition of Tikia Consulting, an employee benefits brokerage and consultancy based in Metairie, LA. Terms of the deal remain undisclosed.
Founded in 1995, Tikia Consulting specializes in providing employee benefits insurance brokerage and health plan consulting services to clients in Louisiana and the Southeast, including Texas and Florida.
