EAGLE, Idaho, July 11, 2017 -- PetIQ, Inc. (“PetIQ” or the “Company”) announced today that it has commenced an initial public offering (IPO) of 5,666,667 shares of the Company’s Class A common stock. The initial public offering is currently expected to be between $14.00 and $16.00 per share. The Company has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 850,000 additional shares of Class A common stock. PetIQ has applied to list its Class A common stock on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol “PETQ”.
