(Nasdaq:PERY) announced today that it has entered into Nike Swim distribution agreements in Latin America with R1 Sports Ltda in Brazil, Uldin SA in Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay, and Superdeporte Plus Peru S.A.C in Peru, Bolivia and Ecuador. The offering of swim apparel and swim accessories is launching now with sporting goods retailers, department stores and swim specialty shops as well as select ecommerce channels.
