The USF Alumni Association will honor the 2018 USF Fast 56 on Friday, April 27, 2018. Nominated companies were ranked by percentage of cumulative annual growth in revenue for the most recent three fiscal years. To be considered for the USF Fast 56 program, an organization must have been in business for at least three years, have revenues of $250,000 or more for the most recent 12-month period, and be owned or led by a University of South Florida alumnus.
“We are honored to be recognized by the University of South Florida with this award,” said Larry Aucoin, Managing Partner of Optimal IdM. “Our mission is to provide clients the most comprehensive, fully customizable enterprise level identity solutions that meet the specific security and scalability needs of their organization. We look forward to continuing to serve our client’s identity and security needs in the future.”
The Optimal IdM product and service portfolio includes the Virtual Identity Server (VIS), which provides a secure, single-view of identity data from any LDAP directory or other data repositories. VIS seamlessly integrates with any applications, including SharePoint, Office 365 and The OptimalCloud™.
The OptimalCloud is a complete Identity as a Service (IDaaS) federated broker that allows users to seamlessly and securely access thousands of applications using Single Sign-On technology. The OptimalCloud also provides multi-factor authentication and authorization from any data store – on-premise or in the cloud.
The latest offering from Optimal IdM is The Optimal Authentication Service (OAS). OAS is a multi-factor authentication-as-a-service solution that allows customers to implement a variety of MFA options within their existing web and non-web applications. As a MFA service, OAS helps prevent phishing and man-in-the-middle attacks by delivering push notifications to a user’s registered mobile device which optionally works with fingerprint enabled systems. OAS includes time-based one-time password (TOTP) and traditional one-time passcodes (OTP) that can be sent via short message service (SMS), email or voice calls. Each can be used as a stand-alone option or in conjunction with a complete IAM program. The service can also be used to provide passwordless access to applications by leveraging mobile device push authentication.
