‘One Piece Chapter 925’ Release Date, Spoilers: Luffy Tortured by Kaido? War with Big Mom Coming?

One Piece.Joy_Boy Theories/YouTube

“One Piece Chapter 925” will effectively serve as the opening for the second phase of the Wano arc and it will start with Luffy imprisoned alongside Eustass Kidd. Among the potential scenes that readers might see in this upcoming chapter is Kaido having the Straw Hats pirate tortured in order to make him submit. This desire to make Luffy into his subordinate might also spark a war between Kaido and Big Mom.

In the previous chapter, an enraged Luffy challenged Kaido with reckless abandon and was thoroughly beaten. In “One Piece Chapter 925,” the consequences of this loss will be highlighted, with the future pirate king potentially being subjected to torture. This is intended to make Luffy submit to Kaido and become a part of his military force, Inquistr reports.

On that note, most fans are expecting that the stretchy pirate will just escape from prison with the help of his cellmate or perhaps with Zoro and the rest mounting a rescue operation. This is not guaranteed, however, since Kaido is likely already hunting for Luffy’s companions. “One Piece Chapter 925” could even see the entire Straw Hats pirate crew smashed by the yonko.

Among the other predictions related to “One Piece Chapter 925” are those involved with a callback to the Reverie arc, GameNGuides notes. There are still the mysteries regarding the pirate that Shanks was referring to and the powerful Im-sama who seems to command such respect to resolve.

On a more exciting note, there are also speculations that Kaido might go to war with Big Mom in “One Piece Chapter 925” over Luffy. The latter obviously wants the future king of the pirates dead for attempting to assassinate her while the former wants to make him his subordinate. With both these mighty figures being yonko, neither will likely back down.

“One Piece Chapter 925” is expected to be released on Nov. 26. Which of these predictions will come true?
