The 2018 HBA NY/NJ regional group mentoring program is aimed at advancing the presence and influence of women in all sectors of healthcare including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and medical devices. This mentoring program harnesses the power of the overall group to help mentees set and achieve professional/career goals and forge new connections. Ogilvy CommonHealth Worldwide’s program participants were self-nominated and sponsored by the NJ Women's Leadership Professional Network (WLPN). The WLPN's mission is to empower and salute women within Ogilvy by fostering a strong sense of community, providing access to inspiring leaders and helping to facilitate each other's professional success.
