Norma is a business psychologist with more than 16 years of experience leading and building talent functions, executing best-in-class strategies for executives and their teams. Norma works with C-level executives to develop collaborative, engaged, and healthy teams that hold themselves accountable for results. This includes talent selection and onboarding, culture development and integration, linking tactical execution to strategy, and coaching executives for effective leadership. She has served clients across various industry sectors, including automotive, finance, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, private equity, and technology.

Prior to joining RHR, Norma spent 11 years at Leadership Alliance, where she served as Vice President and Senior Consultant. In that capacity, she worked with high-potential executives for Fortune 500 companies, built and maintained a private equity practice, and facilitated key strategic planning process and team-building initiatives for executive teams. Before that, she led human resources functions for high-tech companies with a strategic focus on cascading corporate culture and clarity of objectives.
