Millersburg, Pa., April 27, 2017 -- The Board of Directors of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. (“Mid Penn”) (NASDAQ:MPB), the parent company of Mid Penn Bank, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per common share, payable May 22, 2017 to shareholders of record as of May 10, 2017.
Mid Penn recently announced earnings and operating results for the first quarter of 2017. Net income available to common shareholders for the quarter ended March 31, 2017 totaled $1,994,000 or $0.47 per common share basic and diluted. Assets totaled $1,072,938,000 at March 31, 2017.
Mid Penn Bank has 21 retail locations in Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Luzerne, Northumberland, and Schuylkill Counties.
