Admission to the College is after considerable peer review, and by invitation only, to lawyers who are viewed as highly distinguished real estate practitioners. Members of the College must observe high standards of professional and ethical conduct, and have contributed substantially to improvement of real estate law.
Farach’s practice focuses on real estate matters, both transactional and litigation. He also represents clients in business litigation, financial services, and appellate law. He is board certified by The Florida Bar in both Real Estate Law and Business Litigation and has authored numerous legal publications on the topic of real estate law, including Florida Real Estate Law (Thomson-West), the real estate component of West’s Florida Practice Series, and each week publishes the widely-read Florida Real Property and Business Litigation Report, a compilation of Florida real estate and business cases.
Farach received his J.D., cum laude, from the Florida State University College of Law in 1985 and his B.S. from Stetson University in 1981.
ACREL, founded in 1978, is the premier organization of U.S. real estate lawyers. With a membership of around 1,000 attorneys distinguished for their skill, experience, and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate law, ACREL aims to offer educational materials, forms, and research to improve the practice of real estate law.
