VALENCIA, Calif., Jan. 09, 2017 -- MannKind Corporation (NASDAQ:MNKD) (TASE:MNKD) today confirmed that it received $30.6 million from Sanofi on January 6, 2017, representing the balance of the accelerated insulin “put” option previously exercised by MannKind. This payment was made pursuant to a previously disclosed agreement reached with Sanofi on November 9, 2016.
