(NASDAQ:MOCO) announced today that on March 2, 2016, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of eleven cents ($0.11) per share, payable on June 3, 2016, to shareholders of record on May 20, 2016. The Company has consistently been paying dividends since 1984.
