NEW YORK, NY, Jan. 11, 2018 --
Luxer One, the technology leader in smart package delivery solutions, has rolled out its buy-online pick-up in-store (BOPIS) package locker solution at over 60 retail locations across the United States.
The company publicly announced its retail product offering in September 2017 at NRF’s Shop.Org conference. Today, it is the locker vendor of record and pilot partner for several top 10 retail brands.
Luxer One will be exhibiting at NRF 2018: Retail's Big Show, held at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City. Demos of Luxer One’s BOPIS solution will be available for attendees at booth 1237.
The Luxer One locker demo at Retail’s Big Show will showcase their user interface for store associates and shoppers. After placing an order online, retail customers receive a confirmation email containing a QR code; the email directs shoppers go to the pick-up lockers at the store and scan their QR code to trigger the locker containing their order to open; shoppers bypass the customer service line, while retail associates recoup time and productivity from managing the service desk.
“Our latest data set shows a 97.8% customer satisfaction (CSAT) score from shoppers using the lockers, with 97% of customers saying they’d like to use the lockers again,” remarks Arik Levy, CEO of Luxer One. “We’re looking forward to bringing this streamlined solution to retailers investing in their omnichannel retail operations. It dramatically improves the customer experience while leveraging a valuable opportunity for radiant sales, automated returns, and so much more.”
Big Show attendees can meet CEO Arik Levy and experience a live demo of Luxer One’s offering at booth 1237.
