Life Line Screening Enters Into Multi-Year Contract Extension for CardioChek® Family of Lipid and Glucose Products

INDIANAPOLIS, Feb. 15, 2016 -- PTS Diagnostics, the U.S.-based manufacturer of point-of-care biometric testing devices such as the CardioChek^® family of analyzers, A1CNow^® systems, and PTS Detect™ cotinine systems, has renewed its multi-year agreement with Life Line Screening to provide the CardioChek family of lipid and glucose testing products for Life Line Screening’s use across the country.

Life Line Screening, the nation’s largest provider of direct-to-consumer preventive health screenings, will begin using the CardioChek Plus analyzer allowing simultaneous testing of lipids and glucose with a single fingerstick in the first quarter of 2016.

Over the past several years, Life Line Screening used the CardioChek PA analyzer to significantly increase the number of health screenings the company performed. During this time period, Life Line Screening expanded into several additional states.

The CardioChek Plus device requires only a small blood sample from a fingerstick.
