NEW YORK, March 06, 2018 -- Lexington Realty Trust (NYSE:LXP) (“Lexington”), a real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on single-tenant real estate investments, today announced that it declared a regular common share/unit dividend/distribution for the quarter ending March 31, 2018 of $0.1775 per common share/unit payable on or about April 16, 2018 to common shareholders/unitholders of record as of March 29, 2018.
Lexington also declared cash dividends of $0.8125 per share of Series C Cumulative Convertible Preferred Stock (“Series C Preferred Shares”) for each of the quarters ending March 31, 2018 and June 30, 2018. The Series C Preferred Share dividend for the quarter ending March 31, 2018 is payable on or about May 15, 2018, to shareholders of record as of April 30, 2018. The Series C Preferred Share dividend for the quarter ending June 30, 2018 is payable on or about August 15, 2018, to shareholders of record as of July 31, 2018.
