KEMP, Texas, April 17, 2018 -- Larson Electronics LLC, industrial lighting leader, released an ultra-compact LED spotlight that offers 12 to 32-volt compatibility and 2,750 lumens. This heavy-duty aluminum spotlight is submersible and IP68 rated, ideal for marine environments, military, law enforcement, vehicles and industrial applications.
The LEDXUL-25WRE is a heavy-duty CREE LED spotlight for outdoor marine applications that draws just 25 watts and provides users with 2,750 lumens of high-quality output. The single CREE LED is combined with a high output reflector to produce a narrow 10-degree spot beam that is approximately 1000 feet long. Combined with the spot configuration is a 60° flood beam that provides both distance and width from a single light source. This unit features round-housing that helps form the tight circular beam. This LED light operates on 12-32 volts and features self-monitoring and adjustment to protect from voltage spikes and drops that may occur in vehicle electrical systems.
This LED spotlight emitter is submersible up to 3 meters, useable both underwater and above. When used in water it functions fully in fresh and saltwater. Additionally, this spotlight keeps itself cool above water allowing it to hold up to hurricanes and intense storms, making it a great light for land-to-sea vehicles. This rugged spotlight is constructed with stainless steel hardware and heavy-duty billet aluminum CNC machine housing. The IP67 rated construction keeps the light free from the ingress of dirt, dust and humidity. The LEDXUL-25WRE comes with wiring harness and a potted stainless-steel submersible cord grip and is suspended within a yolk-type trunnion mount allowing operators to adjust the angle of the LED for desired positioning.
“The LEDXUL-25WRE is a perfect land-to-sea light for operators who work on and around the water, or wet locations,” said Rob Bresnahan, CEO of Larson Electronics LLC. “This LED is approved for wet and saltwater applications and provides short protection with a skip mode to keep the spotlight safe from potential failure.”
