The EPS-PB10-MMS from Larson Electronics is an explosion proof momentary push button switch rated at 10 amps and operates on 600V AC @ 60 Hz with a choice of ½ inch or ¾ inch dead end and feed thru options for easy connection. This push button allows operators to temporarily activate machines or other devices and stays active only when actuated, making it safe to use in explosive environments. This explosive proof momentary push button features a switch configuration which allows operators to choose a normally open or normally closed system.
In addition to this push button switch’s momentary operation, it features sturdy and durable construction that will withstand the wear and tear of harsh industrial environments. The device itself is enclosed in a separate sealing chamber which has smooth double flanges mated with the chamber cover and the mount via stainless steel hex head screws, making the joints flame-tight. The switch side rocker arm push button has lockout holes and includes an internal ground screw. The outer exterior of this momentary push button switch is built with copper-free aluminum with aluminum acrylic paint.
“The EPS-PB10-MMS is a very robust momentary push button for explosive environments where operators want control over the activation of machinery,” said Rob Bresnahan, CEO of Larson Electronics LLC. “The protruding button design of this unit allows even workers with the thickest gloves to easily locate and operate the device.”
