NEW YORK, Dec. 21, 2016 -- Greystone Real Estate Advisors today announced Justin Ridnour has joined the group as a Director, Investment Sales in Dallas, TX. Mr. Ridnour brings nearly two decades of commercial real estate sales advisory experience to Greystone, having played a role in the disposition, acquisition, development and/or management of more than 20 million square feet of property in the U.S. and Mexico with a cumulative value of half a billion dollars.
In his role at Greystone Real Estate Advisors, Mr. Ridnour will expand the group’s capabilities for full-service sales and finance advisory to owners and investors of seniors housing. His addition will also increase the group’s national footprint by gaining overall market share. Mr. Ridnour reports to Mike Garbers, Managing Director for Greystone Real Estate Advisors in Florida.
Prior to joining Greystone, Mr. Ridnour owned Ridnour Partners LLC, which focused primarily on the seniors housing sector, but also included brokerage and construction services. Previously, he worked for publicly traded REITs and family office development firms. Mr. Ridnour earned a Bachelor’s degree from Baylor University in Waco, TX and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas.
