Jaguar Land Rover has partnered with Plugsurfing to offer UK owners easy access to a network of over 300,000 charging points reaching across 27 countries and 700 separate charging point providers.
More network operators are being added later this year.
Existing or new Jaguar Land Rover owners will receive a welcome pack with a key that initiates a charge by tapping at any one of the network’s points.
Owners could also access the network using the Jaguar Charging or Land Rover Charging app.
In addition to regular owners, Jaguar Land Rover will allow company car fleet managers to charge through a Jaguar Charging or Land Rover Charging account, giving oversight on all charging sessions and one simple invoice.
Jaguar, which already has the Jaguar I-PACE all-electric SUV, E-PACE, and the F-PACE plug-in hybrid electrics plans to be reimagined as an all-electric luxury brand by 2025 as part of its Reimagine strategy. Jaguar. Land Rover also has plans for all Land Rover nameplates to be available in pure electric form by the end of the decade.
