The INSEE French business sentiment is expected to have remained strong in November. In the previous month, the INSEE manufacturing indicator and the corresponding PMI had converged after several years apart. According to a Societe Generale research report, the INSEE figure is likely to have risen marginally to 103 in November from 102 in October.
The overall figure for the business climate is also likely to have increased in November to 102 from October’s 101. This might augur well for the fourth quarter and indicate towards the quarter-on-quarter expansion of about 0.4 percent, added Societe Generale.
